Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing accounts payable processes effectively. The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for overseeing invoice processing, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:
– Process a high volume of invoices accurately and timely
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
– Review and verify employee expense reports
– Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports as needed
– Assist with month-end closing activities and audits

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable management
– Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
