Job Overview:
The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. They play a crucial role in shaping HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with senior management to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
– Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
– Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
– Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
– Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
– Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
– Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
– Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
– Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments.
