Requirements

Ongoing or completed education in graphic design, interaction design, UI/UX, or related fields.
Strong grasp of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Passion for design and a commitment to learning new skills and techniques.
High proficiency in Adobe products for graphic design and Figma for UI/UX design. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design: Design wireframes, mockups for web pages, mobile applications and dashboards, preferably using Figma.
2. Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing illustrations, logos, and designs for the web, social media, and other marketing collateral.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver tailored digital experiences.
4. Create design documentation for product consistency.
5. Maintain style standards in typography and graphic design.
6. Develop and test UI elements like CTAs, banners, and page layouts.
7. Manage all visual design stages from concept to engineering hand-off.
8. Conduct user research via surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
9. Establish and maintain design standards and best practices.
