HR Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Freelance HR Executive to help us manage our human resources functions effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Develop job descriptions and specifications.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding:

Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.
Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts as needed.
Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Policy Development:

Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Communicate policies effectively to employees.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions as required.
HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports on HR metrics (turnover rates, hiring stats, etc.).
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
